Combine Work and Study 

Abertay offers you the flexibility to balance university study with work, family and other commitments by offering part-time study options for some of our courses.

Postgraduate Degrees

You can study most of our postgraduate degrees on a part-time basis (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) alongside our full-time students.

Part-time tuition fees are essentially a pro-rata payment of the full-time fee (depending on the number of credits in the modules you do).

Evening Course

AHEAD is a part-time evening programme designed to give you access to a wide range of degrees, no matter what qualifications you hold. You study at Abertay two evenings a week over two terms. Successfully complete the course and you are guaranteed a place on most Abertay undergraduate degrees.
