About Graduation

We know how important this day is for you and those who have supported you. The information here is designed to give you all the details you need about what to expect and what to do in advance of the ceremony.

What is a graduand?

This is a person who is graduating but hasn't yet done so.

Graduation Registration

Registration for the Summer Graduation is now open. All graduands wishing to graduate, whether in person or absentia, should complete the graduation registration process. Deadline for registering is midnight on Thursday 23 May.

Guest Tickets

Each graduating student has been allocated a maximum of two guest tickets to buy.

Tickets for children under five are free of charge but must be included as part of the number of guest tickets you're allocated. Children aged two and under, and who can sit on an adult's knee, do not need a ticket.

We should be able to offer extra guest tickets after registration closes - if this is the case, all graduands registered to attend will be notified by email with details on how to purchase them.

Please note that any unsold allocated guest tickets will be put back on general sale after the registration deadline. These tickets will be available on a first come first served basis.

Collecting tickets

Registration desks will be set up on campus in the Old College Building, which will allow you to collect your invitation card, seat number and any guest tickets you've purchased. Location and times in the graduation information booklet.
