We know how important this day is for you and those who have supported you. The information here is designed to give you all the details you need about what to expect and what to do in advance of the ceremony.
This is a person who is graduating but hasn't yet done so.
Registration for the Winter Graduation is now open. All students wishing to graduate, whether in person or absentia, should complete the graduation registration process. The deadline for registering to graduate is midnight (23:59) on Wednesday 5 November.
Each graduating student has been allocated a maximum of two guest tickets to buy.
Tickets for children under five are free of charge but must be included as part of the number of guest tickets you've been allocated. Children aged two and under, and who can sit on an adult's knee, do not need a ticket.
We may be able to offer extra guest tickets after registration closes. If this is the case, all graduands registered to attend will be notified by email with details about how to purchase them.
Please note that any unsold tickets will be put back on general sale after the registration deadline. These tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Registration desks will be set up on campus in the Old College Building, which is where you can collect your invitation card, seat number and any guest tickets purchased. Collection times can be found in the Graduation Information Booklet.
Academic dress is compulsory at Graduation. Marston Events is the University's appointed suppliers of academic dress. For more details about hiring your gown and hood, please visit the Academic Dress section.
