The Adobe Creative Campus programme is an initiative involving a select group of colleges and universities dedicated to empowering staff and students across all disciplines with essential digital skills for success in both the workplace and the classroom.
In late 2024, Abertay proudly became the first institution in Scotland to achieve the designation of Adobe Creative Campus.
Through our partnership, all Abertay students and staff have access to Adobe Express, empowering them to enhance their digital skills with industry-leading tools.
In today's world, digital skills are no longer optional—they're essential. With access to Adobe Express, you'll have the resources to develop expertise in areas such as video editing, graphic design, and photography. Whatever challenges the modern workplace presents, you'll be fully equipped to tackle them.
Being an Adobe Creative Campus means you have access to a vault of cutting-edge creative applications in Adobe Express.
From the day you join Abertay, you'll be equipped with the tools to amplify your creativity and develop an array of indispensable digital skills. Whether in the classroom or in your professional journey beyond university, you'll be ready to make an impact.
Students enrolled in Computer Arts, Game Design and Production, MProf Game Development, or MSc Technical Art and Visual Effects courses enjoy additional access to Adobe Creative Cloud, which can significantly benefit your design-focused coursework with its diverse range of applications available within this powerful suite.
As a student in one of these programmes, you now have the opportunity to use a comprehensive suite of over 20 applications designed to provide tools for graphic design, video editing, photography, and more. Key applications available include Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and many others.
