Data Protection

This section shows the University's Data Protection Policies and outlines our requirement to comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, Data Protection Act 2018, and the Data Usage and Access Act 2025 (DUAA).

Under its obligations, the University has a duty to comply with requests relating to data protection legislation. The online Data Protection Form can be used to make requests to

rectify personal data
erase personal data
restrict processing of personal data
object to processing of personal data
provide personal data in a portable format (right to data portability)
