Master of Business Administration with Global Operations and Analytics
The MBA Global Operations & Analytics prepares professionals for leadership and management in organisations operating not just in a local context but globally. Today, even locally based companies are not immune to the need to understand how global operations will affect their business. Much of this learning is increasing gained using data analytics. The programme will equip you with knowledge and skills across the full breadth of the management discipline including people management, strategic development and financial decision-making and control. Your skills will be honed through the lens of international business and leading business transformation, to empower you and your organisation to respond strategically to the changing environment. At all points one of the key strategies in your learning process will be the application of theory to practice to ensure you are ‘business ready’. Your development will be highlighted through the capstone module, which is a choice of consultancy style project or a more theoretical research-based topic.
MSc/PGDip Digital Marketing and Transformation
Modern organisations - whether commercial or non-commercial, private or public, state or non-state - depend more than ever on their experts and managers. The entry of digital marketing as a function into modern organisations is driven by the need to continually attract and retain users of the services they provide. In turn, the penetration of digital technology in all marketing activities and disciplines requires the expression of professionals with specific knowledge and skills.
The MSc in Digital Marketing and Transformations equips current and future marketing professionals with the skills and knowledge to develop strategic transformation in marketing practices across multiple digital platforms. Through an interactive, learner-centred approach to teaching and learning that embeds theory and practice, students will develop a work-ready education that prepares them to be efficient marketing and business managers within a fast-paced, evolving marketing environment.
The defining features of the Master's programme in Digital Marketing and Transformation is to prepare highly qualified specialists for expert, middle managerial and senior managerial level who are able to formulate, research and analyse unstructured problems related to the digital environment of the organisation; are able to develop and apply research tools specifically designed for the digital world; and are able to propose and justify non-standard and creative digital marketing decisions.
Humber College in Toronto is an articulation partner whereby students from Humber’s Advanced Diploma in Game Programming can transfer onto our bespoke 2 year Masters in Game Development. Kwantlen is one of Abertay's partners for student exchange. Abertay students studying on Accounting and Finance, Criminology, Marketing, and Psychology courses have the opportunity to spend a semester or academic year in Vancouver. Guangzhou Sport University is an articulation partner of Abertay, whereby students who have successfully completed two years of study in Guangzhou are eligible to enter into the third year of undergraduate sport programmes at Abertay.
In an exclusive partnership, Perfect World work collaboratively with Abertay to offer Chinese students the 5-month MProf Games Development Orientation Programme (MPPOP) in China, which provides a pathway for entry into the Professional Masters in Games Development (MProf) programme in Dundee. The aim of MPPOP is to select and nurture students from different disciplines including design, production, arts and programming to work together in development teams, with the help from global experts.

The Social Resources Development Institute (SRDI), are a professional training institute in Hong Kong, will run the third year of the undergraduate Civil Engineering degree programme. Students who successfully complete the programme in Hong Kong will be awarded an Abertay degree, receiving a BEng Civil Engineering.
