Our Degree Programmes

Great tasting food can bring an incredible amount of pleasure, and Abertay's food courses teach the skills necessary to understand food preparation and presentation, analysis of taste and consumer preference. These skills are useful for developing new food and drink products and healthier recipes.

Students at Abertay work in well-equipped training kitchens and learn about developing products, ensuring food safety, promoting and marketing products, food photography, sensory analysis and much more.
