Parker House* has a wide a variety of en-suite rooms to choose from. It is very close to campus, so you can walk to classes in ten minutes or less - even if you stroll. 

When you visit the website, it may look like there are no rooms left - please don't panic. You can't book yet. This is because the university has held some back, ready for Abertay students like you.

How to book 

Once you've firmly accepted your offer to study at Abertay University - meaning you're definitely intending to study with us in September - you'll get an email inviting you to apply for a room.

Click the link in the email and use the code to book your place. This means your rent will be an Abertay-only special rate*. Room bookings open in the spring and we'll be in touch as soon as it's ready.

Alternative student accommodation in Dundee

If our featured accommodation provider can no longer take bookings, there are alternatives that may have spaces available such as:

• Lyon Street Terrace

• Meadowside Court

• Greenmarket Studios

• Parklands

Staying there means you may be sharing with people studying elsewhere. You need to contact them directly and Abertay has no special arrangements or rent discounts with them.
