Finding a Sustainable Workflow for Solo Developer

Using new methods of work like the four day work week as a foundation, three workflows are tested, each subsequent test taking lessons from the ones before. Each of the three workflows focus on a separate project so that a variety of game mediums and genres can be explored. This allows for a solo developer to branch out and learn the variety of skills they are required to know. Each of the three projects will end with a playable demo that will be available on itch.io to download.

Project Motivation

The reputation of the games industry is that it over works its best minds to the point that they burn out and leave. I want the best creatives to be able to make their dream projects while also giving them the time to live their lives to the fullest.
