Synopsis
The aim of this project was to create a thorough 'Hard Fantasy' world and find efficient ways to attract an audience to the world's narrative. These attraction methods could potentially span over a variety of projects.
It started with the creation of an original fantasy world using an in-depth Worldbuilding workflow. It then looked at how to potentially promote this world using analogue gameplay to build an audience.
Fantasy games which include large worlds that develop a grand narrative are nothing new, which is why I believe some projects fade into obscurity. With the research and the work that is done in this project, I hope to provide a method that could be used to develop an audience efficiently whilst maintaining a project's core narrative values.

Motivation
I've been a fan of the Fantasy MMORPG/RPG genre ever since I was a child and so the genre's growth, the games that I play in that genre and the health of the communities that exist within these titles have always been really important to me, as it has been an integral part of my life and my time growing up. I have also had ambitions to maybe create fantasy projects in my own world that I've developed on and off for years, so this topic was incredibly intriguing to me.
