Programme Information

On this practical, industry-focused programme, you’ll learn about key areas such as business economics, project management and international business. But don't think you'll spend your life in lecture theatres! Expect to take advantage of our fantastic links with local and national industry, and be part of international competitions such as the IBM Business Challenge.
Accommodation
Moving home is a huge part of starting university life.
We have four different halls – three of them are minutes from the campus and city centre. Room types vary from en suites to doubles, single rooms to bedsits.

The most modern of the halls and less than five minutes’ walk from Abertay. All rooms are en suite with showers. This hall has social spaces with pool tables, a 24/7 gym and laundry. Close to Tesco/Lidl. Rent from £118.71/week.

Lyon Street Halls, Lyon Street, DD4 6RE
A range of rooms from Twins to Premium Singles. Divided into one, two and three bedroom flats. The furthest away of the halls but still only one mile from the University and next to a bus stop. The toilets/showers and kitchens are shared. Free on-street parking and secure bike storage. Close to Lidl. From £81.11/week.

Meadowside Halls, 19 Bell Street, DD1 1HP
This Hall is on the same street as Abertay, so two minutes’ walk from the campus. Eight flats with shared living areas. All rooms are en suite with showers. A secure bike shed. Close to Tesco/Lidl. From £116.74/week.

Keiller Court, Horsewater Wynd, DD1 5DS
About five minutes’ walk from the campus. All double rooms, arranged in flats of five or six room clusters. Shared kitchens/living rooms with two shared showers/toilets per flat. Close to Tesco/Lidl. Secure bike storage. £115/week rent.

Campus Tour
Watch the video for a quick tour of our facilities. Abertay is right in the heart of Dundee, combining all the advantages of a close-knit campus with the buzz of city centre life.
All the University buildings are within a quarter of a mile of each other, close to shops, bars, clubs, cinemas and coffee shops; and we’re just a few minutes' walk from the bus and train stations.
Student Societies
Get involved in over 30 student-run societies, from academic societies like Games Development and Law, to leisure societies like Drama and Renaissance Martial Arts.
If you can’t see a society to fit your needs, the Students Association will gladly help you create a new one.
Next Steps
The coronavirus situation is causing a lot of uncertainty but universities are still working to a September start date. Of course we'll update you as guidance becomes available. Also, bear in mind that when you accept our offer, you can still make a decision to defer (start September 2021 instead) up to August.
The next step is to accept (or decline) your offer. Check the UCAS site for your acceptance deadline.
Once you accept our offer, we will email you about start dates, accommodation, registration and so on.
