Abertay named Top Modern University in Scotland
Abertay has been ranked Top Modern University in Scotland by the Guardian Good University Guide 2019.
The accolade follows similar success last year which saw the University record the biggest rankings climb of any Scottish institution.
Abertay remains top in Scotland for Food and Drink courses and is ranked second for Civil Engineering and second for Law.
Notable Abertay climbers also include Biomedical Science, up seven places to 41st in the UK, Criminology, up 9 places to 22nd, and Mental Health Nursing, up 31 places to 38th.
The figures come after Abertay was named best in Europe for undergraduate computer games degrees for the fourth consecutive year by the prestigious Princeton Review.
Abertay offers a range of high quality degrees from its four academic schools – Design and Informatics; Science, Engineering and Technology; Social and Health Sciences and Dundee Business School – and it’s not too late to apply to study here this year.
